Privacy policy
This page explains what data the KiloLaden site collects, why, and who we share it with.
Who is responsible
The controller is KiloLaden sp. z o.o., ul. Przykładowa 1, 60-000 Poznań, Poland. Write to kontakt@kiloladen.pl in any matter concerning your data.
What we collect
Newsletter: your email address and chosen language, used to send news about deliveries and price changes. The address joins the list only after you click the confirmation link we email you. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
Contact form: your name, email address and message, used only to answer that message. We do not add it to the newsletter list.
Visit statistics: we count page views. The counter increases by one and records nothing about the reader: no IP address, no identifier, no browsing history. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracker.
Cookies
The site sets two cookies and both are required to work: one holds the session of a person logged into the admin panel, the other protects the panel forms. A visitor who does not log in gets no cookie at all. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no consent banner.
Fonts are served from our own server, so no visitor address reaches Google Fonts.
External services
Google Gemini powers the chat assistant. Your question is sent to Google to produce an answer. We use the free plan, under which Google may use the content of requests to improve its services, so the chat window asks you not to enter personal details and the assistant is instructed never to request them.
Brevo sends our email. Newsletter addresses are passed to Brevo because the messages go out from there.
Google Maps shows the route to each store. The map loads from Google servers, which learn the browser IP address in the process.
OpenStreetMap fills the same frame for as long as the site has no Google Maps key. The map then loads from OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which learn the browser IP address instead. In either case nothing but the shop coordinates is sent to the map.
Cloudflare R2 stores store and post photographs. It holds no visitor data.
Google and Cloudflare also process data outside the European Economic Area, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for one year after we reply. Visit statistics are aggregate and cannot be traced back to a person.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority. Write to kontakt@kiloladen.pl.
